Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, login to your customer account on the site, select the order with the item(s) you want to return and follow the prompts to request a return.  We will review your return request and send you a return shipping label.  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping - this will be deducted from your estimated refund.  We do not charge restocking fees.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Return shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Once your return request is approved, we will send a return shipping label to the email address in your customer account.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
